Amazon has tapped a senior Microsoft exec to head its national ad sales in a sign that the company is ramping up its online ad business. Das Soziale Netzwerk Facebook hat sich laut einem Bericht der New York Post bereiterklärt, seine Partnerschaft mit Microsoft zu lösen und dafür eine Vertragsstrafe zu zahlen, wenn ein potentieller Käufer (i.e. Yahoo) dies fordert. Anscheinend steht ein Vertragsabschluss zwischen Facebook und Yahoo kurz bevor.
