There's a 38-year-old man in the Asperger's community who goes by the name David. He adds random people to his instant messengers, asking them to take nude pics of themselves.

He's added me at least three times in the past (on three different emails), and each time, he's spoken to me for about 10 minutes, then he asks me to show him my penis. He doesn't stop, even if I tell him that I'm not gay or that I don't want to show him pics, so I've blocked him each time.
