    There is a good likelihood that Skype; its founders, Niklas Zennstrom and Janus Friis; and a group of private equity investors led by Silver Lake Partners are close to settling their legal disputes, allowing eBay to sell 65 percent of Skype for about $2 billion. I had first reported the news this past weekend.

    Marc Andreessen is extremely entertaining. Marc speaks faster than a 911 Porsche. I could watch him for hours. And I fully agree with most of his arguments.
